Fragrance Descriptions
HOLIDAY COLLECTION
Evergreen - Fresh pine, cool eucalyptus, soft birch, and a touch of warm cedar. Clean, outdoorsy, and calming.
Juniper + Berries - Bright juniper, crisp pine, and frosted winter berries with a touch of red currant. Fresh, slightly sweet, and wintry.
Festive Forest - Fraser fir, crisp cypress, and a blend of tart cranberry, sweet apple, and holiday spice.
SIGNATURE SCENTS
Sage & Lavender - the soothing aroma of lavender mixed with herbal notes of sage and chamomile
Birthday Cake - a creamy blend of vanilla buttercream frosting, sweet pound cake and rainbow sprinkles
Candle Care + Safety
- Always burn your candle on a stable, clutter-free surface and away from anything that could catch fire.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended—keep it within sight at all times.
- Keep candles away from drafts like open windows, vents, or fans so the flame stays steady.
- Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on each burn (especially the first) to avoid tunneling.
- If the flame gets too high or starts to flicker a lot, blow it out. Trim the wick and make sure there’s no draft before lighting again.
- Trim the wick to about 1/4" before every burn for a cleaner, safer flame.
- Stop burning when about 1/4" of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Shipping
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, unless noted otherwise in the product listing or if the item is a pre-order (like our Wave of Light collection).
Some orders, especially custom or limited-availability items, may take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please reach out to hello@sageandsara.com for an update.
Returns & Exchanges
We carefully inspect every product before it leaves our studio. Because of the nature of our items, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace or refund it—just send photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
